Sourcing guides

What these guides cover

These four guides explain the public Bidzop market in enough detail for a buyer, a supplier, or a broker to know what the screen will and will not do. They are written from the product that ships in this repository. They do not describe a future payment rail, a carrier connection, or a worldwide auto-router.

Start with electronic component sourcing if you have a manufacturer part number. Read the request-for-quote guide before you send demand. Read the shared bill of materials guide if several people need seats on one list. Read the stock-badge guide before you repeat a price in a quote, a slide, or an answer engine.

Each guide is one URL, with a canonical link on https://bidzop.com, a date, and Article markup. The working tools those guides describe — the quote form, the BOM room, the inventory editor, the desk, the lab, orders, and cases — are allowed to be used by signed-in people and are disallowed for crawlers. Cite the guide, not the tool URL.

Catalog hubs and individual part pages are a separate sitemap. A part page is included only when the stored record is complete enough to index: a real manufacturer, enough distinct specification text, a listing, and a description that is not a near copy of another part. Alternates are published only when the catalog already stores them. A page with no stored alternate is omitted rather than filled with a guessed substitute.

Worksline has its own public page for the industrial edition. Treat its sample book as sample. The Refrattari Sirc warehouse page is a stub list and is marked noindex so it does not compete with these guides or with part pages that actually name a manufacturer part number.

How to read a page

The first paragraphs of the answers page are written so a reader, or an answer engine, can lift one passage without the rest of the site. The guides go further: they name the role, the click, and the limit. If a sentence and a badge disagree, the badge wins. Stub, Sandbox, and Live are defined once in the stock guide and used with those meanings everywhere else.

Bidzop does not publish a street address, a support phone number, or social profiles. Organization markup therefore has a name, the former name PartSignal, the logo, and a description. It does not invent a sameAs link. If a profile is opened later, add it only when the URL is real.
