What is Bidzop?

Bidzop is a marketplace for electronic and machinery components, and its canonical site is https://bidzop.com. The product was previously called PartSignal. Buyers search a manufacturer part number, compare stock that is actually listed, and post a request for quote. Suppliers and distributors list inventory. Brokers work open demand. Choosing Order on Bidzop records a commercial line: incoterms, ship-from, ship-to, and payment terms. Those payment terms are words. Bidzop does not collect the money, does not hold funds, and is not the warrantor. Parties may trade outside Bidzop. That choice creates no purchase order and no commission. Distributor feeds stay Stub or Sandbox until a real call on that host is recorded. An API key alone does not make a badge Live. The public catalog in the sitemap is the stored demo catalog, not an index of every unverified distributor hit.

How do you source an electronic component on Bidzop?

A buyer sources a part on Bidzop by searching the manufacturer part number or a short description, then reading the rows that come back. Each row shows the part, the manufacturer, listed quantity, the best listed price, how many sellers are on that line, and a supply-risk label. The risk label is computed from listed quantity and lifecycle. It is not a counterfeit test and it is not a carrier lead time. If the signed-in session is the sample book, those rows are sample data and the page says so. If the session is the live search, Mouser results appear only when that integration is allowed to run, and the badge still names Stub, Sandbox, or Live. A missing part is not invented. The buyer can open a request for quote with the part number and a quantity, which suppliers and brokers on this market can answer. Bidzop does not automatically fan that request out to every distributor in the world.

Does Bidzop take payment?

Bidzop does not take payment. An order exists only after someone chooses Order on Bidzop. Confirmation stores incoterms, ship-from, ship-to, and payment terms such as prepay, net 30, or letter of credit. Those terms are text. There is no card charge, no escrow, and no payout. A goods invoice is a record between the buyer and the seller. A commission invoice is a recorded obligation from Bidzop to the paying party, and marking it paid stores who typed that status. Shipment milestones are also typed by a person. Bidzop is not connected to a carrier, so a tracking number does not come from a parcel API. If the parties buy the goods themselves, that choice creates no purchase order and no commission. Complaints do not move money either. Bidzop does not hold the funds, and the seller remains the warrantor.

How should a supplier read a stock badge?

Read the stock badge before you cite a price. Stub means the path is a placeholder and is not calling the distributor. Sandbox means a real-ish local or unconfirmed path, including a key that has not passed a smoke check on this host. Live means the driver connected and a real call was recorded. Mouser price and stock can be Live only after MOUSER_SMOKE_OK is set following a successful search. Nexar stays Stub until both client id and client secret exist, and it stays short of Live until its own smoke flag is recorded. The demo catalog used for sitemap part pages is a sandbox catalog of stored parts. It does not index unverified distributor hits. ComSIT warehouse rows and the Worksline sample board follow the same rule: the screen label is the claim. A configured environment variable by itself is not Live, and a green badge is not shown to paper over a stub.

What is the difference between Bidzop and Worksline?

Bidzop and Worksline are two editions on the same site. Bidzop is the electronics and machinery marketplace for part search, requests for quote, listings, and optional order records. Worksline is the industrial and engineering edition for plant buyers, producers, stockists, and contractors. Its requirements and services board is still a stub, and its sample book is labeled sample. Switching editions does not merge those records into one order. A Worksline sample price is not a Bidzop offer. Refrattari Sirc material families shown beside Worksline are a stub list with no quantity, price, or certificate, so that warehouse page is noindex. Use Bidzop when the object is a manufacturer part number and a commercial line. Use Worksline when the object is an industrial requirement that the sample board is only demonstrating. Sample rows stay labeled sample.
