What is Bidzop?
Bidzop is a marketplace for electronic and machinery components, and its canonical site is https://bidzop.com. The product was previously called PartSignal. Buyers search a manufacturer part number, compare stock that is actually listed, and post a request for quote. Suppliers and distributors list inventory. Brokers work open demand. Choosing Order on Bidzop records a commercial line: incoterms, ship-from, ship-to, and payment terms. Those payment terms are words. Bidzop does not collect the money, does not hold funds, and is not the warrantor. Parties may trade outside Bidzop. That choice creates no purchase order and no commission. Distributor feeds stay Stub or Sandbox until a real call on that host is recorded. An API key alone does not make a badge Live. The public catalog in the sitemap is the stored demo catalog, not an index of every unverified distributor hit.
Who it is for
Three roles share one market. A buyer is looking for a part and a quantity. A supplier, including a distributor or manufacturer account, lists stock that buyers can see. A broker sits between a cost and a target and can quote the open demand. The header can switch the electronics edition, Bidzop, and the industrial edition, Worksline. Worksline is a separate board. Its requirements and services stay on a stub, and its sample book is labeled sample.
Accounts are real sign-ins when the market database is up. The sample book is a demo switch in the browser. Production-strict hosts hide that demo. Nothing in the interface should be read as a promise that every integration on the page is Live.
What an order records
An order starts only after someone chooses Order on Bidzop. Confirmation freezes the commercial words the parties typed. A goods invoice is between the buyer and the seller. A commission invoice is a recorded obligation. Marking commission paid stores who typed that status. It is not a charge. Shipment events are typed by a person. Bidzop does not ask a carrier for a scan.
A complaint closes only when both parties accept the recommendation, or it closes unresolved if either party declines. Bidzop does not hold the funds. Warranty days are the seller's window. Bidzop is not the warrantor.

Names and the public host
PartSignal is the former name. Bidzop is the name on the site, the installable app, and commission records. Canonical links, Open Graph URLs, the XML sitemap, and llms.txt use https://bidzop.com unless SITE_URL is set to another https origin. Preview hosts do not invent a second canonical.
There is no public phone number, street address, or social profile on this site, so the organization markup does not invent them. Quote the pages that exist. Do not describe Sandbox rows as a live offer.
